Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Workgroup
AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED
Your donations are needed for the first silent auction at the NMC to support JEDI scholarships and other initiatives. The JEDI scholarships are important for increasing the diversity of conference participants and reducing barriers to inclusion at future monitoring conferences! All proceeds will go to support participants from underrepresented groups or those involved in JEDI-related activities within their monitoring community or water programs.
We are looking for silent auction items to be bid on during the NMC. These can range from monitoring equipment, homemade crafts, books, T-shirts, or items such as gift baskets that reflect the uniqueness of your region. We are requesting this information from you to help us plan the space and staff needed to run a successful silent auction and to raise awareness of this event.
