Room Rates

• CA$229/night + 5% GST + 8% PST + 3% Destination Marketing Fee for single or double occupancy
• Conference rates will be honoured 3 days Pre- and Post-Conference, based on room availability.
• Reservations may be made using the link above or by calling Marriott reservations at 1-844-254-5046.
• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Resort Fee: Resort fees are waived for NALMS attendees in our room block. If you reserve a room outside of our block, the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort will charge a daily resort fee of CA$25.

Parking: Reduced self-parking rate of CA$25 per night is available for overnight hotel guests. Guests will be asked for their license plate number at check-in.

For attendees driving and not staying at the Delta Grand, the 1 day event rate is CA$25 payable using the Indigo Neo parking app (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

Cancellation Policy: Room cancellations require a 72-hour notice or a one night’s room and tax will be charged.

Early Departure Fee: The hotel may charge a one-night stay fee if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Transportation Information

The Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort is located approximately 15 km from the Kelowna International Airport. The Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort does not offer an airport shuttle.
