[UPDATED] Notice To All Members: Membership Database Switch

UPDATE (4/6/18): All active members will be in the new system by Tuesday, April 10th. We greatly appreciate your patience and support during this transition! We are also pleased to inform you that we are able to accept new member applications at this time.

…..

As you may have noticed in the past issue or so of NALMS Notes & Lake News, we have decided to change the membership dues cycle to a fixed calendar date of January 1st. To accomplish this, we also had to switch our membership database. And now … the day has come! We will be deactivating our current software on Wednesday, April 4th and beginning the process of activating the new one. In order to successfully add our members to the new database and make sure that everyone is able to access their benefits, we are anticipating the process will take approximately two to three days to complete. During this time period (April 4th-6th), we will not be able to accept membership applications or renewals. Please note that access to membership benefits (i.e. Member’s Only links, LakeLine access, etc.) will also be briefly disrupted during this time.

You will receive an individual email notifying you that your membership has been activated. This message will also provide you with your membership details. Your membership status has not been affected by this database switch and nothing is required of you at this time. Following this message, you will receive information about your new temporary password and how to log in.

We are anticipating a clean switch with minimal disruption, but we certainly appreciate your patience and understanding. Should you encounter issues after April 10th, please contact Membership & Marketing Director, Alyssa Schulte, at aschulte@nalms.org with a brief description of the problem.

As always, we appreciate your support!
