Uncharted Waters: Communication & Advocacy Skills for Uncertain Times is a FREE 2-part webinar series focused on science communication skills and their application in policymaking, advocacy, media, and other communications outlets. 

The second webinar will be a panel on broadening science communication skills with presentations by:

• Mohamed Yakub, biologist and Scientific Outreach Manager at SciLine, an organization that connects scientists with journalists and provides free trainings for both.
• Kellie Merrell, aquatic ecologist and member of the NALMS 314 Working Group that advocates for Section 314 of the Clean Water Act (Clean Lakes Program).
