Join us for the Oregon Lakes Association’s annual lakes conference from October 25-26 in Bend Oregon. With a diverse array of nearby lakes, reservoirs, and the Deschutes River running through the heart of the city (and the conference venue), Bend is an ideal location to learn about, and appreciate, our still waters while enjoying world-renowned distilleries, breweries, and restaurants.

Oral and poster presentations will cover a broad range of topics related to Oregon’s lakes, including high desert, mountain, and other lakes on subjects such as harmful algae blooms, water quality, lake and watershed restoration, aquatic invasive species, nutrient cycling, effects of climate change, hydrology, and fauna and flora. Conference attendees will include students, lake association members and residents, recreationists, researchers, educators, tribal representatives, legislators, agency personnel, and anyone with an interest in lakes.
