Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Exhibition space is non-refundable.
  • Special event and workshop fees are fully refundable through February 15. A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations received February 16 – March 15. There will be no refunds after March 15.
  • Cancellations must be processed through the online registration system or submitted by email to events@nalms.org. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

Exhibitor Take-down: Thursday, March 28

Refreshment breaks during exhibit hours will be held in the exhibit hall, Tuesday through Thursday, maximizing traffic and allowing more time for conference participants to visit with exhibitors. On Tuesday evening of the conference, we will sponsor a meet-and-greet reception in the exhibit hall for networking between exhibitors, poster presenters and conference participants.
