This category is offered to organizations with missions similar to that of NALMS and willing to partner on events. Includes conference registration and bookstore discounts, member-only website access, and  four issues of LakeLine and Lake & Reservior Management in electronic and hard copy format.  Please refer to the document ""How to Become A NALMS Affiliate,"" and contact the NALMS Office for more information on joining at this level.

College Membership

This level of membership offers all of the benefits of our ""Professional""  level membership at a reduced price.  Includes, electronic issues of LakeLine and electronic and hard copy issues of Lake & Reservoir Management.  Includes member-only website access and electronic access to back issues of LakeLine and Lake & Reservoir Management.

Corporate

Our premium category, membership at this level offers access to membership lists, conference registration and exhibit space discounts, and much more.  Includes member-only website access and  four issues of LakeLine and Lake & Reservior Management in electronic and hard copy format. 

Electronic Lake Leader

This basic level of membership is geared to nonprofessionals and offers eligibility to vote in NALMS affairs, access to LakeLine magazine via our website, conference registration and bookstore discounts.

Lake Leader

This basic level of membership is geared to nonprofessionals and offers eligibility to vote in NALMS affairs, receipt of four mailed issues of LakeLine magazine, conference registration and bookstore discounts, as well as member-only website access, including electronic access to current and back issues  to LakeLine.

Lake Leader Emeritus

This basic level of membership is for anyone over the age of 60 who has been a member of NALMS at the LakeLeader membership level for 5 years prior to retirement and has officially retired. You will continue to receive the same benefits you enjoyed in the past, at a reduced rate, in honor of your service to lake management. These benefits include, eligibility to vote in NALMS affairs, receipt of four mailed issues of LakeLine magazine, conference registration and bookstore discounts, as well as member-only website access, including electronic access to current and back issues  to LakeLine.

Lake Leader Non-North American

This basic level of membership is geared to nonprofessionals outside the North American continent and offers eligibility to vote in NALMS affairs, receipt of four mailed issues of LakeLine magazine, conference registration and bookstore discounts, as well as member-only website access, including electronic access to current and back issues  to LakeLine.       

Lifetime

This level is geared our most prestigious. It offers  the benefits the highest level of NALMS member benefits including eligibility to vote in NALMS affairs, receipt of four mailed issues of LakeLine magazine, conference registration and bookstore discounts, as well as member-only website access, including electronic access to current and back issues to LakeLine and four issues of Lake & Reservoir Management in electronic and hard copy format.

Non-Profit Org

This category is offered to nonprofit organizations that feel they cannot participate at the corporate level.  Includes conference registration and bookstore discounts, member-only website access, and  four issues of LakeLine and Lake & Reservior Management in electronic and hard copy format. 

Professional

This level is geared toward technical professionals, including scientists, lake managers, regulators, and academics.  It offers  the benefits of a  ""Lake Leader"" level membership, plus four issues of Lake & Reservoir Management in electronic and hard copy format.

Professional Emeritus
