College Student

This level of membership receives all of the benefits of our "Professional" membership level, but at a college student price. We are working towards providing all services in this category electronically. Includes access to the Membership Services area and archived electronic versions of LakeLine and Lake and Reservoir Management.

Lake Leader

This basic level of membership offers eligibility to vote, conference registration and bookstore discounts, four issues of LakeLine and access to the Membership Services portion of our website that will provide lake and reservoir-related information and activities. If you are a lake lover, lake advocate, teacher or a municipal/water professional, this category is for you. Includes access to archived electronic versions of LakeLine.

Professional

This level offers the benefits featured in the "Lake Leader" category, but also includes four issues of the journal Lake and Reservoir Management. If you are a lake manager, technical professional, professor, scientist, limnologist or educator you will want to participate at this level. Emeritus

This category is for anyone over age 60 who has been a member of NALMS prior to retirement at least at the Lake Leader level for five years and has officially retired. You will continue to receive the same services you have enjoyed in the past as well as the opportunity to access the Membership Services portion of our web site. Includes access to the Membership Services area and archived electronic versions of LakeLine and, if selected, Lake and Reservoir Management.
