Registration fees are fully refundable prior to September 19, 2008, less a $25
processing and handling fee. After September 19, 2008 and prior to October 17,
2008, 50% of registration fees are refundable, less a $25 processing and
handling fee. No refund of any fees will be issued if cancellation of
participation is received after October 17, 2008. Notice of cancellation must be
received by the NALMS office via mail, fax or e-mail. Phone cancellations will
not be accepted.
Any outstanding balances for Symposium fees will be assessed a 1.5% service fee
after 30 days from the date of invoicing.
