REGISTRATION:
$285 for April 30-May 2 Conference; additional registration fees (see
Agenda and
Registration Form) for April 29 and April 30 Pre-Conference Workshops;
$40 late fee if not paid in full by April 4. Conference registration includes reception
on Wednesday evening, breakfasts and luncheons on Thursday and Friday, and Shedd
Aquarium reception and dinner on Thursday evening. Payment may be made by check
(mail), or charged to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (fax or mail).
Sorry, we are not able to invoice you for the registration fee. Cancellations are
subject to a $40 processing charge. No cancellations (substitutions only) after
April 4. We will endeavor (but cannot guarantee) to accommodate walk-in registrants
at the conference’s meal functions.
